About

Building systems that help learning flourish.

For more than fifteen years, I have worked alongside educators, school leaders, and organizations committed to improving learning. Throughout that time, I noticed a common pattern.

Schools rarely struggle because they lack good ideas.

They struggle because meaningful ideas are often implemented through disconnected systems, competing priorities, and fragmented structures.

That observation became the foundation of Forum Learning.

Rather than developing another program or initiative, my work focuses on helping organizations strengthen, align, and connect what already exists while intentionally designing what comes next. The goal is simple: build coherent systems that make meaningful learning sustainable.

Forum Learning brings together my experience as an educator, systems designer, curriculum developer, and organizational facilitator into a practical methodology for educational improvement.

Today, that work is expressed through Anchored Coherence™, a methodology for helping organizations develop coherence within any educational initiative—from competency-based learning and Portrait of a Graduate to strategic planning, instructional design, and beyond.

I believe the strongest organizations are not those with the most initiatives.

They are the ones whose people share a common understanding, work from coherent systems, and continue improving long after individual leaders have moved on.

If Forum Learning can help your organization build that kind of coherence, I’d be honored to be part of the journey.
